Seven years ago, a retail space on Elgin Street was donated to a group of twenty local artists. They gathered together for a one month showing of their work, which included painting, pottery, stained glass, weaving, photography and much more. The one month show was a great success, and many in the community expressed an interest in seeing this project turned into a permanent fixture on the Sudbury arts landscape. In April 2004, Artists on Elgin was conceived.

Join us during April 2011 to celebrate seven successful years promotiong Northern arts and providing a space for local artists to exhibit, promote and sell their work. The exhibit will feature new works by many of our more than 50 local artists and artisans.
